Yeah. I started a pasta sauce brand. Not even sorry tbh.
Much like Nonna’s living room, pasta sauce hasn’t changed much since the ’80s. So I came up with the idea for Sorry Nonna, and started a pasta sauce brand with a good mate.
We stole Nonna’s recipe and gave it a twist — creating modern pasta sauce with a bit of edge. We’re blending nostalgia with modern design, raiding the liquor cabinet, hunting down unique ingredients from around the globe, and mixing them with the classics — having a heap of fun along the way.

In our first collaboration we teamed out with our wine-merchant mates, Doom Juice Wines. We tipped in some Doom Juice La Rossa, and infused it with Carolina Reaper chillies – a match made in hell. The result is a rich, deep sauce with melt-your-face heat and a ton of fun.
